By intent

Corrections to a taxon page or blog post

Email hello@dinolibrary.com with subject prefix [correction]. Include the page URL, what is wrong, and a source if you have one. Corrections to taxonomic claims or dates get priority.

Editorial or guest pitch

Subject [pitch]. Three sentences on the piece and one line on your background. Every pitch gets a reply within five working days, including the declines.

Partnership or sponsorship

Subject [partnership]. We are selective. No display ads, no undisclosed sponsored placements, no link swaps dressed up as content deals.

Shop and order support

The shop opens in a later phase. Until then, hello@dinolibrary.com covers any pre-launch product questions. A dedicated order address goes live with checkout.

Privacy and data deletion

Subject [privacy]. See the Privacy page for what we store and why. Requests are handled within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.

What we do not reply to

  • Requests to add a product to the shop. The shop is curated; if you are not already on the roadmap, the answer is no.
  • SEO link-building outreach. Auto-archived.
  • Reciprocal-link offers. Same.
  • Generic marketing-intern pitches written from a template. No.

Where we are

Operating jurisdiction is the United Kingdom. Email runs through Wolfaxen Ltd, our verified sender infrastructure, which is why outbound messages carry an email.wolfaxen.com return path. No physical postal address is published; written correspondence goes through email. Legal notices should be sent to the same address with subject [legal] and will be acknowledged within five working days.
